I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Using my art for NFT(Non-Fungible Token) or AI training/generating is strictly prohibited.

I reserve the right to use commissioned work for portfolio, social media and promotional use , unless noted in the initial request.

Requests to copy another artist's artstyle will not be accepted .

Personal use or reposting of artwork is allowed with proper credit.

By requesting a commission and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

Please send clear references and or descriptions before work begins.

Commission will start once the required deposit is received.

The commission will include 5 rounds of revision(colour adjustment, minor details), extra revisions beyond the included amount will be charged.

Major changes(pose, composition) may have additional fees.

Work will be delivered via Google Drive.

Estimated completion time may vary between 1-12 weeks depending on complexity and workload.

Delays may occur due to health, emergencies or high workload. Clients will be notified of delays.

Full HD version will be sent through GDrive.

Payment will be PayPal only

Full payment is needed for work to start.

Paying a 50% deposit is only available for commissions above $100.

Refunds(minus processing fee) will be issued if work has not yet started.

A partial refund will be issued depending on progress made.

No refund will be issued upon completion.
